Just the Design Plan
This service package is offered to local clients who want a designer's touch, but want to shop for themselves and implement the plan on their own. This service includes making all furniture, finish, and accessories selections, but is ideal for people who want to implement the design on their own.
You can opt to order any of the items through the "Design in a Box with Option to Buy" and Paradigm Interiors will place the orders on your behalf, schedule delivery of the items, and handle any issues with the order. Please see the "Design in a Box with Option to Buy" package for more details. A minimum order of $5000 is required.
This service is priced per room.
What is included?
Step 1: Project Initiation. At the end of the in-home consultation, you will approve the letter of agreement and secure your full-service design project. (non-billable)
Step 2: Measure Day. Measure day is when Paradigm Interiors takes accurate measurements and photographs of all of the spaces that you plan to remodel. This is also where the Paradigm Interiors team begins the creative process for your custom design plan. You do not need to be present for this visit. Expect 1-2 weeks between project initiation and measure day, depending on Paradigm Interiors availability. (1 hour)
Step 3: Design Plan**.** After project initiation, Paradigm Interiors will create a custom design plan for your project. This will include a floor plan, a materials board, 1 perspective rendering per room, architectural detail drawings, color palette selection, product specifications, and investment proposal. This will take 4-6 weeks to complete. Your product specifications will include the name of each item and a description of the item, including color and dimensions. We will include images of items sourced from out trade vendors and cost of each item should you decide to proceed with the "option to buy" opportunity. (10 hours)
Step 4: Presentation. We will schedule a meeting to review the design plan. All stakeholders must be present and approve of the design before we proceed to the next step. (60 minutes)
Step 5: Revisions. If revisions are required, Paradigm Interiors will make any needed revisions. One set of revisions with up to 3 items is included in the price of the plan. We will schedule a quick follow-up meeting to review the revisions. All stakeholders and decision makers must be present for this meeting and sign-off on the design plan. (1-2 hours)
Step 6: Approval. Once the revisions are complete, all stakeholders will give approval of the plan.
Step 7: Binder & Project Closure. Paradigm Interiors will prepare and provide you with a beautiful binder with styling instructions, materials samples, before photos, project specifications, construction documents, and photocopies of your design boards. We will schedule a final meeting to hand-off the binder and answer any final questions. (non-billable)
If you would like to purchase items that we have sourced for you, you can do the "DiB Option to Buy" service. Minimum opening order is $5000.
A 15% fee reduction will be applied if 3 or more rooms are purchased at the same time.
