This service package is offered to local (DIY) and remote (e-Design) clients and includes making all furniture, finish, and accessories selections, but is ideal for people who want to implement the design on their own. The price of this package is $750 per room.
It starts with an in-person or skype consultation that lasts up to 90 minutes. You will need to provide accurate measurements of your space upon request. Then, we will prepare a design proposal, furniture plan, concept boards, a list of items you will purchase on your own, and basic instructions for implementing the design. Any "to the trade" items will be ordered by Paradigm Interiors and delivered to your home. We will work with your budget to make design recommendations.
What we do:
- 90 minute video chat consultation or in person consultation
- A design plan that includes color palette, furniture, finishes, and accessories with implementation instructions
- A beautiful concept board that gives you an idea of how all the furniture and accessories will look together
- Floor plan with a furniture plan to ensure best fit
- Access to my list of trusted trade professionals (local)
- A list of items to be purchased with hyperlinks to purchase each item
- Instructions for installation
- Access to your virtual studio for 6 months
- Online collaboration through Pinterest
- Phone meeting to review the design
- One follow-up call to present the plan and discuss revisions if needed
- Two sets of revisions
- The use of "trade only" sources and access to designer discount items
- Up to 90 days to find a suitable replacement for out of stock items.
- Local clients only: If you purchased a consultation prior to starting an eDesign/DIY package, the cost of the consultation can be applied to the purchase of ONE ROOM eDesign/DIY package. If you are purchasing multiple room packages at the same time you will not be given a credit on each package you purchase.
What you DIY:
- Assembly of any furniture, finishes, accessories, or equipment
- Receiving or delivery of any items by Paradigm Interiors. All Items are shipped to you, assembled by you, and installed by you or a professional of your choosing
- Coordination of the fabrication of custom items. We may recommend upholsterers, work rooms, or carpenters to you, but you will be responsible for hiring these professionals, delivering materials to them, paying them, coordinating the fabrication, and delivery of these items.
Other info you should know:
- Not included in the fees is the cost of any of the items to be ordered, the shipping of these items, delivery of these items, or state sales tax.
- If you are purchasing a package for more than one room the consultation will not exceed 2 hours.
- Kitchen and bathroom design services are not offered through eDesign/DIY. They are considered a full-service project.

Minimum Recommended Overall Investment: $10,000+ if you are ordering all new furniture, rugs, and accessories.
